NYC Swimming Stroke Clinics are an excellent opportunity to spend focused, quality time on technique, development and refinement in a setting with a low coach to swimmer ratio. Our weekend clinics are a perfect chance to boost your swim talent, inspire your mind and speed up your times. We provide a holistic approach to swimming. This clinic is open to Age Group and Senior level swimmers ages 7-18, who currently compete at a local, regional, state and or national level.
Clinic Details
- Body Position and Balance — proper streamline, catch, head positioning, etc. for all four competitive strokes
- Drills and Skills — various drills to improve technique and make strokes more efficient
- Power and Speed — the second hour of the Stroke Clinic is focused on translating the changes made into a successful training session
